An open workshop on Twitter skills
The world of the wide web is ever changing, and one of the most useful platforms for someone working getting their voice heard is via the juggernaut website/application; ‘Twitter’ which has quickly become an integral means of online communication. As a result, navigating the complexities of Twitter have therefore become a skill within itself. So, how can one fully utilise this tool to its complete potential and connect with the intended audience?
The second ever Learning Curve Evening is focusing on the very topic of Twitter. This is an opportunity to join in and discuss views and ideas like-minded people have about using Twitter as a platform for business. You can also educate yourself on how to most efficiently use Twitter for business. Additionally, it offers you the chance to address any concerns and thoughts you or others may have with open discussion and dialog. This is set to be a constructive and enlightening evening for all involved.
The event will take place within Llandudno’s premium business hub; 16 Trinity Square. The in-building co-working space and function area ‘The Drum’ is the ideal place for events of this kind. The space aims to foster an environment which encourages intelligent discussion, in a comfortable yet professional manner.
Hosting the evening is the likes of Dave Ledward of ‘#Northwalestweets’ along with ‘North Wales Dragons’ Football team social media mastermind Chis Roberts. Both parties have a combined twitter following over 20,000. As a result, they are well versed in Twitter-ology, and will be sharing some for their own personal twitter know-how. Their aim is to help businesses, charities and events by encouraging use these tips to get their message across. This event will last for around 3 hours, with light refreshments available. Of course, don’t feel too restricted with these times, attendees are welcome to come and go throughout the evening. Turn up when you are able– and have some questions at the ready.
